Using LinkedIn’s endorsements strategically

I’ve stated before that I hold LinkedIn’s endorsement feature as useless from the perspective of it generating credibility for us. However this is not to say that they are completely useless. If you’re familiar with the Referral Institute’s VCP process – Visibility, Credibility & Profitability, the endorsements feature is helpful to gain Visibility. It also helps generate Goodwill – a very important currency for us to acquire on LinkedIn.
